Hi! I'm David Maier. I'm proud to say I love what I do and I'm excited about it! I'm a full time, full service REALTOR® specializing in Alexandria, Arlington, Mclean and Vienna, while also helping real estate buyers & sellers in Falls Church, Fairfax County including Springfield, Burke, Centreville, Chantilly, Reston, Herndon, Loudoun County, Prince William County and all over Northern Virginia. I also can help buyers and sellers in Washington, DC too. I've also been a real estate investor for over 14 years and have showed family, friends and many clients how to make money buying and selling real estate throughout Northern Virginia. I've been selected by Bank Of America Home Loans to list and sell their foreclosed properties.

I've negotiated and settled tens of millions of dollars of real estate transactions. My experience covers all types of properties--from one bedroom condos to $1 Million+ single family homes, not just here in Alexandria, but all across Northern Virginia.
